The American Heart Association (AHA) has added World Restart a Heart to their recognition list.

  • Training events will take place around World Restart a Heart Day, October 16th 2018. AHA will supply materials for these trainings.
  • In the Fall of 2018, the AHA Mobile Hands-Only CPR Trailer will travel across 5 states (Washington, Nevada, California, Arizona, and Texas) over a period of six consecutive calendar weeks for a total of 21 events as specified in the Tour Schedule. We will add WRAH Day as part of the run of show. We are also looking at producing handouts to include as part of the giveaways. Additionally, AHA has shared information about WRAH Day with all channel leads for consideration in AHA newsletters. We are also working with the social media team include a post on our Masterbrand channels. And, we'll be working through our International staff, particularly in Europe, to amplify WRAH Day in our training centers.
  • AHA trains about 5,000 people through its Mobile Tour. Annually, AHA trains about 6.6 million people in Hands-Only CPR.
