Are you our ILCOR Operations Manager?

The American Heart Association (AHA) is preparing to issue a RFP on June 12, 2020 requesting prospective bidders to submit proposals for an Operations Manager to conduct its administrative affairs for the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). If you would like to be a potential bidder to participate in this upcoming RFP we ask that you contact us as we would like to determine your interest in participating in our bidding process.

The International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) is the international committee responsible for coordination of all aspects of cardiopulmonary and cerebral resuscitation and first aid worldwide. AHA is a founding member of ILCOR. ILCOR continually evaluates the scientific evidence and publishes the Consensus on Science with Treatment Recommendations on resuscitation science, resuscitation education and first aid.

Due the sensitive nature of the information we will share with you during the bidding process, we will require you to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the AHA before we can issue the RFP to you. If you are interested in participating in this RFP, please sign and return the attached NDA to me by June 15, 2020. Also, please include your name, phone number, and e-mail address to service as the primary contact information for you during the RFP.

I’ve included the tentative RFP timeline on the next page for your reference. All detailed instructions, background information, and requirements will be provided in the RFP. Feel free to call or email if you have any questions or need additional information.

Sincerely,

Karla McConnell
