The latest meeting of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) took place in Recife, Brazil from 18 to 20 September 2003.
This was one of the regular, twice-yearly, meetings to discuss progress towards revision of the International Guidelines 2000.
The meeting took the form of plenary sessions of the whole committee, and separate sessions for the task forces.
